Buttercream Candy Balls

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 lbs powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb milk chocolate, coating

Directions

  • 1 Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter.
  • 2 Roll into small balls, melt chocolate coating in double boiler, over simmering water.
  • 3 Dip balls into coating to cover and set on waxed paper to dry.
