Cinnamon Raisin Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups oat flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  • 1 Stir together dry ingredients (oats through salt) in 9x13 baking dish.
  • 2 Add oil, honey, and vanilla and stir to combine.
  • 3 Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes; stir in raisins and bake ten more minutes.
  • 4 Remove to rack and cool, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
