Salmon Crusted Pistachio Pesto

  • 1 lb boneless salmon fillet, seasoned with
  • salt and pepper
  • 3/4-1 cup store bought pistachio pesto sauce (or Pistachio Pesto Pistachio Pesto)


  • 1 Spread pesto on top of salmon fillet skin side down.
  • 2 roast at 450 degrees on parchment paper for about 10-15 minutes begins to flake when pressed with a fork.
