Ingredients
- 8 ounces self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons natural bran
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 ounces butter
- 7 fluid ounces milk
Directions
- 1 sieve dry ingredient.
- 2 mix in butter with a fork.
- 3 use as much milk as required to make a very soft dough.
- 4 shape into a thick round.
- 5 score into a quater and dust with flour.
- 6 bake for 30-35 minutes.
- 7 170 Celsius.
