Chocolate Toffee Cheese Ball

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 1/2 cup English toffee bits
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped

Directions

  • 1 Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
  • 2 Stir in sugars and fold in chips and toffee bits.
  • 3 Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
  • 4 Form into a ball and roll in copped pecans.
  • 5 Serve with graham crackers or apple slices.
