Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chip
- 1/2 cup English toffee bits
- 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- 1 Mix cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
- 2 Stir in sugars and fold in chips and toffee bits.
- 3 Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
- 4 Form into a ball and roll in copped pecans.
- 5 Serve with graham crackers or apple slices.
