Cream of ???? Soup, Dry Mix - Substitute

Ingredients

• 2 cups powdered milk
• 3/4 cup cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons dried onions, minced
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

• 1 Mix all ingredients in a jar with tight fitting lid.
• 2 Shake well.
• 3 Store on shelf until ready to use.
• 4 To make cream of beef:.
• 5 Add 2/3 cup mix to 1 cup beef broth.
• 6 To make cream of chicken:.
• 7 Add 2/3 cup mix to 1 cup chicken broth.
• 8 To make cream of vegetable:.
• 9 Add 2/3 cup mix to 1 cup vegetable broth.
