Creole Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1 Brown ground beef and drain.
  • 2 Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture.
  • 3 Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage.
  • 4 Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5 Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
