Creole Cabbage

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 small cabbage, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1 Brown ground beef and drain.
- 2 Add chopped onion, pepper, garlic and butter to meat mixture.
- 3 Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and chopped cabbage.
- 4 Salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 Cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
