Pecan Pie

Time: 1 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Directions

  • 1 Beat eggs.
  • 2 Add sugar and Karo syrup and beat well.
  • 3 Add salt and vanilla and beat well.
  • 4 Coat pecans with flour, and stir them into mixture.
  • 5 Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. It will look puffy when done.
