Ingredients
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 tablespoon flour
Directions
- 1 Beat eggs.
- 2 Add sugar and Karo syrup and beat well.
- 3 Add salt and vanilla and beat well.
- 4 Coat pecans with flour, and stir them into mixture.
- 5 Pour in pie shell and bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes. It will look puffy when done.
