Polish Sausage Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 (27 ounce) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 1/2 lbs Polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces and browned
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded (4 ounces)

Directions

  • 1 Combine soup, sugar, and sauerkraut.
  • 2 Stir in sausage, potatoes, and onions.
  • 3 Cover; cook on Low 8 hours, or on High 4 hours.
  • 4 Stir in cheese and serve.
