Raspberry Peach Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup frozen low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 frozen banana (optional)
Directions
- 1 Whirl all ingredients together in a blender or smoothie maker until smooth.
- 2 Serve immediately.
