Seared Sirloin With Sweet Balsamic Sauce
Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
- 1 lb    boneless sirloin steak, well trimmed, approximately 1 inch thick
 - 1/4 cup     water
 - 1 tablespoon     light soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon     Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon    balsamic vinegar
 - 1 tablespoon     sugar
 
Directions
- 1 Over medium high heat, warm a nonstick skillet until it sizzles when water drops are dropped on it.
 - 2 Add the meat and cook for 4 minutes; turn and cook an additional 4 minutes or until beef is done.
 - 3 In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; stir to blend and set aside.
 - 4 When the meat is done, place on cutting board and allow to rest while preparing the sauce.
 - 5 Add the sauce mixture to pan, bring to a boil over medium high heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping bottom and sides of skillet to loosen any residue.
 - 6 Thinly slice the steak place on serving plate and top with sauce.
