Black Forest Pumpernickel (Abm)

Ingredients

• 1 1/8 cups water
• 1/3 cup molasses
• 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour
• 1 cup rye flour
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
• 1 tablespoon caraway seed
• 2 teaspoons dry yeast

Directions

• 1 Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
• 2 Select Sweet bread cycle and light crust; start machine.
