Black Forest Pumpernickel (Abm)

Ingredients
- 1 1/8 cups water
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 cup rye flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons baking cocoa
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
Directions
- 1 Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
- 2 Select Sweet bread cycle and light crust; start machine.
