Instant Party Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cups instant potato flakes
- 3 cups water
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon minced onion
- paprika
Directions
- 1 Mix together ingredients. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
