County Fair Indian Tacos

Ingredients

• 12 frozen dinner rolls
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 package taco seasoning mix
• 2 cups chopped lettuce
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 2 cups shredded cheese

Directions

• 1 Place frozen rolls on a greased cookie sheet.
• 2 Let rise until nearly double.
• 3 In the meantime, brown the ground beef, drain, add taco mix and 1/4 cup water.
• 4 Heat about 2 cooking oil in skillet or frying pan.
• 5 Stretch the dough quite thin, fry until golden brown, turning once.
• 6 Drain on paper towel.
• 7 Top each taco with seasoned meat mixture, layer with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
• 8 You may garnish with black olives, taco sauce and sour cream.
