Heavenly Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons flour
  • 2/3 cup milk

Directions

  • 1 Step One:.
  • 2 In a heavy saucepan over low heat melt butter.
  • 3 Whisk in flour and salt.
  • 4 Slowly pour in milk, Cook and whisk until sauce thickens for gravy.
  • 5 Turn off heat, cover and keep warm.
  • 6 Step Two:.
  • 7 Beat together eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Pour into skillet.
  • 8 Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until eggs are ALMOST set.
  • 9 Don\u2019t overcook.
  • 10 Remove from heat and stir in warm gravy. You may serve immediately or cover and place in a 200-degree oven.
