Nectarine, Snow Pea Stir-Fry

Ingredients

• 1 lb snow peas or 1 lb sugar snap pea, ends snipped and strings removed, left whole
• 2 nectarines, washed, stone removed and sliced
• 2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions

• 1 Heat the oil in a heavy fry pan or wok.
• 2 When the oil in sizzling add the nectarines and peas, stir fry for apprx 2 minutes, serve hot.
