Rooibos Iced Tea

Ingredients

• 6 tea bags, Rooibos
• 1 lemon, sliced
• 20 mint leaves
• sugar, to taste
• 1 gallon boiling water

Directions

• 1 Place teabags, lemon, mint leaves and sugar in a large pot, pour boiling water onto this and leave to steep.
• 2 Stir occasionally until cold.
• 3 Remove tea bags when tea is cold and refridgerate.
