Ingredients
- 4 cups baby carrots
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
- 1 Steam carrots until tender crisp.
- 2 Drain.
- 3 Add remaining ingredients.
- 4 Stir until butter is melted through.
- 5 Can be re-heated when ready to serve.
