Spiced Carrots

Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions

  • 1 Steam carrots until tender crisp.
  • 2 Drain.
  • 3 Add remaining ingredients.
  • 4 Stir until butter is melted through.
  • 5 Can be re-heated when ready to serve.
