Tomato on Toast

Ingredients

• 2 slices tomatoes
• 1 slice toasted English muffin
• 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
• 1 dash italian seasoning

Directions

• 1 Put slices of tomato to fill top of toasted english muffin (butter toast if you wish).
• 2 Sprinkle tomato with bleu cheese and dash of Italian seasoning (or your own favorite seasoning).
• 3 Microwave about 40 seconds or until bleu cheese just begins to melt.
