Cardamom Scented Hot Chocolate and Cream

Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cardamom pods, cracked
- 350 g milk chocolate
- 100 g extra heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons finely grated dark chocolate, to decorate
Directions
- 1 Place the milk in large pan with the cinnamon and cardamom and heat gently. break the chocolate into the pan and gently bring to the boil, stirring occasionally, until melted.
- 2 Scoop out the cardamom pods and discard. pour the hot chocolate into four mugs and top wach with a spoonful of extra thick cream; sprinkle over some grated chocolate and serve.
