Easy Turkey Gravy

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons turkey drippings
- 2 cups turkey broth or 2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water or 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1 Skim off all but 2 tablespoons fat from drippings in roasting pan. Stir in broth or water. Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits. Remove from heat.
- 2 In small bowl, stir corn starch and 1/4 cup water until smooth; stir into roasting pan. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Season to taste.
