Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups fresh green beans
- 2 garlic cloves
- 5 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
Directions
- 1 Rinse and snap beans.
- 2 Mince garlic.
- 3 Mix garlic, vinegar and olive oil and set aside.
- 4 Steam beans until tender but firm, approximately 10-15 minutues.
- 5 Toss with balsamic vinegar dressing.
- 6 Can be refrigerated and served cold.
