Submarine Sandwich Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups lettuce, torn
  • 4 ounces French bread, cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
  • 2 ounces deli ham, julienned
  • 2 ounces deli turkey, julienned
  • 2 ounces salami, julienned

Directions

  • 1 In a small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; mix well.
  • 2 In large serving bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  • 3 Pour dressing over salad; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
