Swedish Country Style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions

  • 1 Heat butter in a fry pan.
  • 2 Stir in the flour until blended.
  • 3 Add the milk, mixing well.
  • 4 Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
  • 5 Carefully beat the eggs into the sauce.
  • 6 Season with salt and pepper.
  • 7 Serve with fried bacon or sausages.
