Swedish Country Style Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions
- 1 Heat butter in a fry pan.
- 2 Stir in the flour until blended.
- 3 Add the milk, mixing well.
- 4 Cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
- 5 Carefully beat the eggs into the sauce.
- 6 Season with salt and pepper.
- 7 Serve with fried bacon or sausages.
