Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 -3 lbs raw chicken
Directions
- 1 Mix all together in freezer bag.
- 2 Mark and freeze.
- 3 Mealtime: Defrost and cook in marinade in frying pan or grill.
- 4 Serve with steamed veggies and rice.
