Teriyaki Chicken - OAMC

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 2 -3 lbs raw chicken

Directions

  • 1 Mix all together in freezer bag.
  • 2 Mark and freeze.
  • 3 Mealtime: Defrost and cook in marinade in frying pan or grill.
  • 4 Serve with steamed veggies and rice.
