Spinach Dip Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 (3 -5 ounce) package Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces water chestnuts, finely chopped
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 10 (12 inch) flour tortillas

Directions

  • 1 Stir together soup mix, sour cream, and mayo until well blended.
  • 2 Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.
  • 3 Spread tortillas with dip, not quite to the edges.
  • 4 Roll up tightly.
  • 5 Slice into 1 inch pieces.
  • 6 Arrange on serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve.
