Cheesy Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cups steamed rice (hot or cold)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (sharp is best, but use whatever you have)
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- 1 In a greased baking dish, mix together all ingredients.
- 2 Bake at 350 degrees until heated thru and cheese is melted.
- 3 About 20 min or so. Dig in!
