Cheesy Rice

Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed rice (hot or cold)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese (sharp is best, but use whatever you have)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions

  • 1 In a greased baking dish, mix together all ingredients.
  • 2 Bake at 350 degrees until heated thru and cheese is melted.
  • 3 About 20 min or so. Dig in!
