Cheddar Onion Drop Biscuits--Reduced Fat

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons butter, chilled
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup fat-free buttermilk
- 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
- 1 Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
- 2 Cut in butter until crumbly.
- 3 Stir in cheese and chopped onions.
- 4 Stir in buttermilk and sour cream until just moist.
- 5 Drop by spoonfuls onto a baking sheet and bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or until edges are golden and tops are slightly brown.
