Low Fat Glazed Baby Carrots (Kosher-Dairy)

Ingredients

  • 570 g frozen baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar

Directions

  • 1 Rinse carrots under tub to defreeze.
  • 2 Put in pot with small amount of water to steam and soften.
  • 3 Rinse.
  • 4 Melt butter in pot - keep flame low - and add sugar.
  • 5 Stir to melt sugar and integrate into glaze.
  • 6 Place carrots in pot with glaze and gently mix.
  • 7 Place carrots is serving try.
  • 8 Enjoy!
