Low Fat Glazed Baby Carrots (Kosher-Dairy)

Ingredients
- 570 g frozen baby carrots
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 5 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- 1 Rinse carrots under tub to defreeze.
- 2 Put in pot with small amount of water to steam and soften.
- 3 Rinse.
- 4 Melt butter in pot - keep flame low - and add sugar.
- 5 Stir to melt sugar and integrate into glaze.
- 6 Place carrots in pot with glaze and gently mix.
- 7 Place carrots is serving try.
- 8 Enjoy!
