Ingredients
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup milk
- salt, to taste
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- 2 Add salt and cheese to flour. Add milk and mix well.
- 3 Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- 4 Spoon the mixture equally amongst the 12 cups.
- 5 Bake till browned on the top. Should be 10 to 15 minutes.
